Terms and Conditions for Ekiti State MSME ICT Skill Acquisition Hub
Thank you for choosing to participate in the Ekiti State MSME ICT Skill Acquisition Hub (the “Program”). The Program is operated by Wakocode, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to provide technology training to eligible participants. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, including your access to training materials, activities, and any related services.
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.
To enroll in the Program, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Accounts
- Applicant must register with accurate personal details.
- Only individuals aged 20 years and above are eligible to apply.
- The Program reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Providing false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
2. Content Enrollment and Access
- Enrollment is based on meeting all eligibility requirements.
- Students will receive structured training in various tech-related skills through in-person and digital learning sessions.
- The Program is fully sponsored, and no payment is required from participants.
- Full attendance and active participation are mandatory. Any student failing to meet engagement requirements may be disqualified.
3. Payment and Refunds
- The Program is provided at no cost to selected participants.
- There are no payment obligations; therefore, refund policies do not apply.
- If anyone requests payment for participation, report the incident immediately.
4. Money Back
- Since the Program is free, there are no monetary transactions and therefore no money-back policies.
- Participants who drop out or fail to meet completion requirements will not receive any form of reimbursement or compensation.
5. Content and Behavior Rules
- All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the training.
- Any form of academic dishonesty, cheating, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action.
- Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must use the training resources only for learning purposes and not for personal or commercial gain.
6. Binding Agreement
- By enrolling, participants agree to abide by all Program rules and regulations.
- Non-compliance with any rule may result in expulsion from the Program and loss of future participation opportunities.
7. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
- Any disputes related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not litigation.
- Participants waive the right to file class-action lawsuits or collective claims against Wakocode and its partners.
8. Disclaimers
- Participation in the training does not guarantee automatic job placement.
- Only students who successfully complete their training, pass final exams, and meet other conditions will qualify for the Job Placement Assistance Program.
- The curriculum, structure, and policies may be updated as necessary.
9. Updating These Terms
- The Program reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Participants will be notified of major changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of updated Terms.
